Garry started his title insurance career in 1974 with Security Title Guaranty Co. located in Colorado, with
only 8 offices, and helped grow the company’s presence to over 25 statewide offices; and expanding its operations into Arizona, California and New Mexico,
until leaving in 2004. His positions ranged from sales, title research, closings, management, acquisitions,
and regulatory matters. In 2006, Garry founded TISERVICES, an insurance consulting & services provider. Besides consulting, TISERVICES also develops
online title insurance and closing marketing resource tools for the title insurance industry such as
CompareTitleCompanies.com, $ELLER'S NET SHEET, TRACcompare, and the TRACcalculator.
Garry’s 47 years of experience has allowed him to understand the overall title business, which allowed
his appointments and participation to various regulatory task forces and industry professional
organizations such as the Colorado Title Advisory Council (TAC), Interprofessional Committee, Colorado
Housing Counseling Coalition (CHCC), Colorado Division of Insurance Consumer Insurance Council (CIC)
and Director & Past‐President of the Land Title Association of Colorado (LTAC). Garry also participated in
the 2015 legislative creation of the Colorado Title Insurance Commission (TIC) and actively joined in
public meetings from a consumer viewpoint.
Nick Wolff joined TISERVICES in May of 2007, bringing with him hands on experience from the real estate and lending industries. Since joining TISERVICES, Nick has interjected his knowledge and skills into the further
enhancements of the company's title insurance website CompareTitleCompanies.com, $ELLER'S NET SHEET, TRACcompare, and the TRACcalculator.
Nick began his career in the mortgage lending industry with Wachovia (formerly World Savings) as a Mortgage Loan Consultant. In 2005, while employed with Wachovia, Nick earned recognition as a top mortgage producer,
inducting him into Wachovia's "Circle of Excellence". The interconnection of mortgage lending and real estate sales prompted Nick to become a licensed Colorado Realtor® in 2005. By surrounding himself in these two
industries, Nick has gained an overwhelming amount of knowledge in understanding the real estate process from multiple points of view.
Nick holds a bachelor's degree in Technical Journalism with an emphasis in Public Relations from Colorado State University.
